RFCs

RFCs are proposals for major new features that are open for discussion in the community. They can either be created as a GitHub issue or as a more formal document in the RFCs repository.

No RFCs have been created or merged this week. Most of the recent discussion has been on the [026] New StreamField & InlinePanel UIs RFC, which looks to make large-scale improvements to the StreamField/InlinePanel UI. Bertrand Bordage has already started work implementing this RFC and his work also includes rewriting these interfaces with React, which should give a massive performance boost!
