How much does it cost to attend Wagtail Space 2025?
Tickets to Wagtail Space 2025 are free for anyone who would like to attend. You can thank our presenting sponsor, Torchbox, for sponsoring the virtual venue so we could offer free tickets to our attendees.
Where and when will Wagtail Space 2025 be held?
We're hosting Wagtail Space 2025 on the Zoom Events platform on 8-10 October. We’re currently planning to host two days of talks and one day of community events. We’re aiming to create a flexible event that people can fit into their work schedules, so each day will have at most 4-5 hours of events. We’re still sorting out the exact timing, but our streaming will mostly occur between the hours of 14:00 - 18:00 GMT+1. If that really doesn’t work for your time zone, don’t worry! The recordings will be available after the event. We’re also planning to organize networking gatherings at different times throughout the event so that everyone will have a chance to join a virtual hang out.
How do I register for Wagtail Space 2025?

None of the times work for my time zone. 😢 Can I still participate?
Of course! We chose the live event times we did because we have a small team and can't realistically offer around-the-clock options. If you sign up, you'll still have access to the Zoom Events platform lobby, which means you can access the recordings of the streamed content outside of the hours they have been presented. We also plan to host a few live networking sessions at a few different times so that everyone will have a chance to connect with other people live during Wagtail Space. Please sign up! We definitely want to meet as many folks as we can no matter what time zone you live in.
Do I need to have Zoom installed on my device to participate?
Not necessarily. Zoom Events can be attended through a web browser, but you might find that installing the Zoom application provides a better experience. You can find out more about the technical requirements for Zoom here:
Will the talk recordings be shared after the event?
Eventually, all of the talks will be publishing on the Wagtail YouTube channel. The word eventually is key though because we're not sure what the timeline will be yet. The videos will still be available in the Zoom Events lobby after the event to everyone who registered. So the quickest and best way to get access to the talk recordings is to register for the event.
