Code of Conduct

We have a strict Code of Conduct at all of our events.

Accessibility

We aim to make this event accessible to all attendees. The event will be hosted on the Zoom Events platform, and you can find out more about the accessibility and language features of that platform on their website. If you have any accessibility questions, please contact us in advance of the event at [email protected].

Images, Video, & Quoted Text

By registering for and attending Wagtail Space 2025 you give us permission to use any images captured or video recorded during the event that include you in event-related promotional or educational activity during and after the event. We may also want to use any social media posts or quotes that you make publicly elsewhere, and we’ll fully credit you if we do.

Data Sharing Policy

Wagtail Space 2025 is a free event, but registration via the Zoom Events platform is required to attend. Registrant and attendee data will be managed by Torchbox and will be primarily used to communicate with registrants and attendees before, during and after the event as necessary, and to measure and analyze event performance. Torchbox may reach out to select registrants and attendees after the event. Registrant and attendee data will not otherwise be shared with or sold to third parties, including other sponsors of Wagtail Space 2025.

The organizers of Wagtail Space 2025 reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule this free event at any time if they deem it necessary to do so.
